You ask your team for an update. You get a green status report. You still do not know if the product is actually moving. We built Solidmatics because leaders need meaning, not motion. Every morning, you should know exactly what happened the day before.
We just updated the core dashboard to give you the unvarnished truth about your engineering team.
Spot the workers and the blockers
We added Top Performers and Red Flags to the system. 🚩
Top Performers ignores the noise of simple commit counts. It highlights the individuals who actually ship real work. The system checks merged pull requests, resolved tickets, and completed code reviews within your defined windows. You see exactly who drives the product forward without having to dig through repositories.
Red Flags catches silent bottlenecks before they ruin your product release. 🛑 It automatically spots stalled tasks and abandoned pull requests. It alerts you to live exceptions and muted errors that keep firing in the background. It also tracks stalled sales deals and waiting customer support conversations. You get a complete view of what is stuck and who needs help.
Control your meeting data
We introduced granular keyword rules for MeetGeek syncs. 🎙️
Not every meeting needs AI analysis. You can now define explicit include and exclude rules for your team transcripts. This keeps sensitive or irrelevant discussions completely out of the system. We read the meeting metadata first, apply your rules, and only process the full transcript if it matters. Withheld meetings stay untouched.
Clearer setup and connections
We refined the interface so you spend less time configuring and more time reading the daily output. ⚙️
Connected sources now display clear provider names like GitHub instead of raw repository counts. The dashboard explicitly tells you when a platform is active. We also smoothed out the configuration dialogs so they easily handle complex rule inputs and long labels.
Connect your tools. Read the summary. Get back to business.
