Live Team Snapshots and Strict Agent Boundaries

We changed our setup process to deliver a live read of your engineering team before you activate an account. 🚀

Leaders buying software are used to paying upfront and waiting weeks for data to populate. We removed that gap entirely. You connect GitHub or GitLab and pick the repositories you care about. The system immediately runs an analysis of the code and the communication around it. The result is a Virtual CTO message complete with your live stats and a factual snapshot of your engineering team.

You read exactly who produced useful work, who went quiet, and whether your core features are actually on track. Everyone else counts commits and lines of code. We tell you if the work was real. Every new organization starts with a welcome credit to run this initial snapshot. You see the reality of your engineering investment on day one.

Strict boundary enforcement

We also shipped strict boundary controls for our AI agent. 🔒

A neutral AI layer must respect the architecture you already have in place. The AI now works only inside the resources you select. It reaches nothing on a platform if you leave it unselected.

If you connect your Slack workspace but only select the engineering and product channels, the agent only reads those two spaces. The system denies any read attempts outside your chosen scope. We locked down searches so the model cannot look outside your specific projects or repositories.

This keeps the daily reports focused on the exact projects that matter to your business. It prevents the model from reading noise or unrelated company chatter. You get a clean, credible report about your team's output while maintaining absolute control over your environment. 📊
