We just shipped a direct override for commitment verdicts alongside a brand new native Asana integration. These updates give you tighter control over team signals and broader visibility into where the actual work happens.
Founder overrides for commitments
Solidmatics reads the signals from your tools and calls out whether a commitment was kept or missed. But software development happens in the real world. You might have been in the room when a priority changed, or you might know a task was deferred for a good reason. When you and the model disagree, you win.
You can now mark an AI verdict as reviewed and explicitly overrule it directly on the commitments page. 🎯 We anchored this decision to the underlying signal rather than the transient commitment row. This means your judgment persists even if you force the system to re-check the daily data.
We made the override note optional. If the model got it wrong because the context was offline, you do not need to write a bureaucratic justification just to clear the board. You click the button and move on. The system respects your override everywhere. Status filters instantly reflect your applied judgment, and the daily digest will explicitly state that you marked the commitment as kept.
We also refined how the interface handles missing evidence. When the AI looks for a contract artifact and finds nothing, the system now clearly badges it as absent. We paired this with smoother dialog navigation and tightened modal scrolling to keep the interface fast and predictable. 🛠️

We added Asana to the list of tools Solidmatics monitors. 🚀 You can now connect your Asana workspace and let the AI digest tasks, comments, worklogs, and project members alongside your existing GitHub or GitLab activity.
Asana handles task membership across multiple projects in a highly specific way. We built this connector to natively understand that structure. It maps Asana task statuses directly into the Solidmatics standard representation by reading your section names.
The integration is entirely read-only. You drop in the API key, and Solidmatics begins watching for meaning instead of motion. It tracks your custom fields and respects Asana API rate limits automatically. Your engineering leaders get the same clear, plain-English morning read, now with complete visibility into the Asana boards where the actual planning happens. 📈
